Roenna was a nightmare to work with. Difficult to get a hold of, outsourced an untested mall makeup person last minute to do my wife’s make up and ended up making the entire day stressful having to redo her make up. It affected our schedule, we had to miss parts of the reception in order to get some of the shots we wanted, and some we didn’t even get of some family members. She agreed to reimburse us but never did, rudely saying how we were harassing her with texts asking for our reimbursement when we had been waiting for months, and leaving several days and weeks between contact. It’s clear she doesn’t truly care about her smaller clients and prioritizes corporate over weddings. I would not trust her with your big day. The whole experience was disappointing to say the least.
