HIGHLY RECOMMEND - I could not even begin to say enough good things about the STORYS venue. My husband and I hosted our wedding here and had the most amazing experience! Putting aside what a beautiful venue it is with so much natural light, big windows and great furniture, the staff always went the extra mile for us and every single person was such a pleasure to deal with. They really listened and gave us everything we wanted, they were SUPER accommodating and made the whole wedding experience very smooth and effortlessly. We got so many compliments on the venue and especially on the food!! So delicious! David, Tiffany and Jennifer really outdid themselves and made sure my husband and I were always happy - THANK YOU! This is easily the nicest and best venue in Toronto and I would highly suggest for any event!!!

COUPLES BEWARE - My fiance and I booked this venue for our September, 2022 wedding. While in the process of picking a venue, we realized that TIFF would be happening the weekend of our wedding. We talked to the manager, David, about these concerns on multiple occasions, and specifically, asked whether TIFF would be a problem. David assured us that it would not be a problem and even joked with us about a celebrity coming to the wedding. About 6 weeks after signing a contract for the venue, David called to tell us that we would no longer be able to have our wedding at Storys because "TIFF had the whole building". My fiance and I have struggled to find an alternative venue that we are excited about and that is within our budget as our date approaches. We have been placed in a position by Storys to extend our venue budget, or face penalties from our other vendors if we change our date. Storys has left us in a very stressful situation without any consideration to the extra expenses that they have caused us. I do not recommend booking your wedding at Storys.

We had our wedding at the Storys building this past July and it was nothing short of amazing. David, Jennifer and the team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everyone was so easy to work with and made our wedding planning that much easier. This venue offers many options that allowed us to customize the day to fit our vision. Besides the ease of working with this team, they went above and beyond on the wedding day making us feel extra special. From a bride’s perspective, I did not have to worry about anything because Jennifer and support team had everything under control and worked with our vendors to ensure a timely sequence of events. Our guests are STILL talking about the service, the beautiful space and how delicious the food was. Thank you again to everyone at Storys for a night that we will never forget!

Just want to thank Jennifer, David and all the staff at Storys Building for helping to realize my dream wedding! From the planning to the execution of the big day, they were there every step of the way. The space itself has a great elevated classic feel with high ceilings and classy bathrooms on both floors- truely a great touch. It's perfect for so many different types of events. The way you can flow through the space from one similar floor to the next is great to keep things moving. Additionally the food is as good as it can get. Theres a ton of selection on their menu and everything we had was delicious (with glowing reviews from our guests as well). I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to host an event in downtown Toronto! Thanks again to the very professional team who helped us bring it together!

So speaking from a parents perspective this venue is nothing short of incredible. Our daughter recently (July 7, 2019) got married here. From the initial discussions with David, lead up meetings with Jennifer and the execution on the day of with Jennifer, Barb and the entire team we couldn't have asked for better service. We all know there is nothing perfect in life but I cannot think of anything that was not outstanding through this entire process with The Storys team. Thank you for creating such an incredibly memorable event for this beautiful bride and our amazing new son-in-law to remember for the rest of their lives.

We had our wedding here and it couldn't have gotten better! We were absolutely blown away with our experience working with Storys (shoutout to David & Jennifer) as well as the day itself. As stressful as these processes can be - they just did an awesome job keeping us organized, dealing with the parents and for just making it one of the best days ever. I would highly recommend this venue - its a beautiful space and the food is world renowned (seriously, its awesome). Happy wedding planning!
