Classy Affairs is a luxury event and wedding planning company based out of Vaughan & Toronto. We will cater to your needs and desires while ensuring you have a stress-free event or wedding ensuring it is exactly how you desire. As a growing team of 5, we have all the skills and knowledge to get any event or wedding job done exceptionally!

As certified and insured event and wedding planners, our promise to you is:

Tanya and her team are nothing short of amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind and detail oriented professionals who made both my wedding and bridal shower so fun and seamless to plan. Tanya checks in often, has great connections with vendors and goes the extra mile to make sure that your day is exactly what you always dreamed. I truly felt minimal wedding planning stress because of her expertise and guidance and always felt that we were in good hands. I am thankful that I got to enjoy the entire process and all the special moments that day without having to think of anything other than celebrating with my loved ones. Tanya, thank you again! Tanya and her team were incredibly helpful as we were planning our extravagant wedding. We booked Tanya and her team for the full wedding planning package. She understood the vision and the assignment, and she never let us down with the vendors that she recommended. We received SO many compliments from guests about every aspect of our wedding, from the band to the cake. Tanya and her team were always so responsive in answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had. They were all very professional, but also brought an amazing energy with them that got us so excited about our events. We felt that we were in the best hands possible, and they took care of all the logistics with the vendors and venue, so that we could just relax and enjoy our wedding weekend. We are incredibly grateful to Classy Affairs for ensuring our events were such a success. On the day of the wedding, they adapted the timeline to our needs and made sure that the night still felt seamless. Despite the chaos, the team kept us grounded and aware of what was going on. We also really appreciate that they made sure the catering team saved and served us hot meals after we were out taking photos. There are not enough words to describe how incredible Tanya and her team are. The second we connected with Tanya two years before our wedding, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease; it truly felt like she was a friend that we had known for years. Tanya’s passion for what she does radiates from her. We immediately knew she was the only planner we would want by our sides on our big day.

Leading up to our wedding day, Tanya was always so prepared, detail-oriented, reliable, and she offered us a wealth of knowledge and guidance from her years of experience in this field. She connected with all of our vendors on multiple occasions, and created a seamless timeline to ensure everything went according to plan and was in line with our vision. She answered every single text/email within a few hours at most, and always had the answers to our questions. She also helped to execute a big surprise that our parents had for us – our families also had nothing but amazing things to say.

Tanya and her team consistently went above and beyond, and they were all so incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive. Our day could not have gone any smoother, and my husband and I could not have felt more calm and at ease the entire day – a big reason for this was because we knew that Tanya and her team were there taking care of us. I cannot say enough good things about Tanya and her team - after saying "yes" to my husband, hiring Tanya was my best wedding-related decision! From our first call, I knew I needed her to be part of my wedding day team as it instantly felt like I was speaking with an old friend. Her warmth and positivity makes her a dream to work with, in addition to being organized, detail-oriented and incredibly knowledgable.

I hired her as a "Day-Of Coordinator", although that really doesn't represent what she does. In the three months leading up to my wedding day, Tanya and I had multiple calls to go through every detail of the wedding day. Having her build out our wedding day timeline, and coordinate with our wedding vendors to ensure everyone knew where they needed to be and when, was a huge help and took the stress off of me. I had peace of mind knowing everything had been accounted for, and when we encountered some minor hiccups she was quick to jump in and problem-solve so I didn't need to worry.

On the day-of, everything ran incredibly smoothly and was just how I envisioned. From the decor at the venue to our intimate ceremony to our sparkler first-dance, it was absolutely perfect. Lauren and Lynkahn were also incredible - they were attentive and responsive, checking in with us periodically throughout the day. They kept everything moving just as planned, and were such a calming and positive presence.

I'm currently telling all of my engaged friends they need to work with Classy Affairs. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, Tanya is the one! She is just the BEST!

The Classy Affairs team were so wonderful and helped me along the way to craft the perfect wedding day. If there were any hiccups during the day I had no idea because everything went so smoothly for us on the big day! They set up meetings with vendors, kept me organized and were always available with any questions I had. They set up my venue beautifully and helped take everything down before they left.
