From the Bride: There are so many favourites of the day it’s hard to pick just one! My top three would be walking down the aisle in a veil that my mom made herself that shows how amazing and creative she is, I wouldn’t have chosen any other designer. The father-daughter dance is something I will always cherish, seeing my father’s reaction to a video of all his babies running around was priceless. Finally, driving to my wedding in my grandfather’s car (1994 Volkswagon Golf Hatchback) takes the cake. Having lost him only five months before my wedding was the hardest thing I’ve gone through, he was my rock. Regardless of all the materialistic things, knowing he was with me on the biggest day of my life is everything.
