Had an excellent experience running our 2-day conference at Beanfield Centre. All staff were prompt and reliable during the planning through to the execution phase. Working with a team that cares as much about your event as you do is an amazing thing! Highly recommend this venue and the team that comes with it. Great food too!

The team at the Beanfield Center were phenomenal to work with for our event. We hosted a large corporate event targeted to business decision makers and we received an exceptional response from our audience - with the venue and service being a large part of this. Love the staff at the Beanfield Centre! Everyone is so warm, and helpful at the Exhibition Grounds. Our Attendees loved how perfectly picturesque the entire area is, its great for holding your biggest, and most special events. We had the pleasure of hosting our largest customer event of 2018 at The Beanfield Centre at it was an immense success!!! We had hurdles to overcome prior to the event and ALL Beanfield staff and management worked with us as a team to overcome. The staff, the service, the food was EXCEPTIONAL!! We have tried to bring this event back twice since then but have been unsuccessful due to lack of availability. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue!!

Our event, the Toronto Triathlon Festival (TTF), as used parts of this beautiful venue since our inception, in 2012. All staff are professional, responsive and resourceful and have contributed immeasurably to the TTF's success. In the Summer of 2019, we had 2,000 athletes take on our course, including portions of the Exhibition Grounds and by all accounts, the experience was top notch. I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone contemplating hosting an event. We will be back in 2020 (and beyond).

We had one of our large conferences at Beanfield Centre and were amazed by the venue, services and professionalism of the staff, especially Stephanie and Aracelly who led the process and helped us with all the details of our planning. They were available to speak on almost daily basis to answer our questions and assure us that our event will be impeccable. The food and management of the buffet was excellent and more than 800 people went through without any issues with plenty of delicious food that everyone loved. Thank you so much for all your help and contribution to our successful event.
